Barcelona Hotel Accommodation Rules

  1. Russian citizens can only check into the hotel with a Russian passport. Foreign citizens can check into the hotel with a foreign passport, a valid visa, and a migration card in accordance with current legislation.
  2. The Barcelona Hotel is open 24 hours a day. Guaranteed check-in time is 2:00 PM. Guaranteed check-out time is 12:00 PM. Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM on weekdays and from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM on weekends.
  3. Guaranteed early check-ins (from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM) or late check-outs (from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM) are charged half the price of the night. Late check-outs after 6:00 PM are charged the full night's rate.
  4. Children aged 0-6 years old are allowed to stay free when using existing bedding. Children 6 years and older, as well as adults, are charged 500 rubles per night, including a bed.
  5. Accommodation and additional services are charged according to the price lists approved by hotel management.
  6. In accordance with the "Rules for the Provision of Hotel Services of the Russian Federation," a no-show or late cancellation (less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date) will incur a penalty equal to the first night's stay. Guests arriving one day late will be charged a 100% daily room rate for the actual downtime.
  7. For stays of 24 hours or less, a daily fee is charged, regardless of arrival or departure time.
  8. Rooms are cleaned daily, with bed linen and towels changed.

When staying at the Barcelona Hotel, guests are required to:

  1. present identification upon check-in;
  2. pay bills for services rendered promptly;
  3. strictly adhere to fire safety regulations;
  4. abide by moral and ethical standards, and refrain from insulting hotel staff or other guests through their actions or words;
  5. refrain from excessive alcohol consumption (the duty manager reserves the right to refuse accommodation or stay on the hotel premises to persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs);
  6. maintain silence in rooms and on floors between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM;
  7. Smoking in the hotel building will incur a fine of 3,000 rubles.
  8. In the event of loss or damage to hotel property, guests are obligated to compensate for the damage in accordance with the established price list.

Guests of the Barcelona Hotel are prohibited from:

  1. smoking in the hotel building (violations of this rule will result in a fine according to the established price list);
  2. consuming alcoholic beverages purchased outside the Barcelona Hotel, in public areas, or in the Lobby;
  3. inviting strangers who are not staying at the hotel into their room after 11:00 PM;
  4. giving keys to strangers;
  5. disturbing other guests staying in adjacent rooms.
  6. No pets are allowed at the Barcelona Hotel.
  7. The administration is not responsible for any valuables left in the room.
  8. If you require additional cleaning, please hang the "Please clean the room" sign on the outside of the door, or call Housekeeping or the administrator on duty, and the housekeeping team will clean your room.
  9. If you have any questions regarding the services provided or discover any issues in your room, please contact the administrator on duty to have the issue resolved.
  10. The room heating system operates seasonally.
  11. In cases not covered by these rules, the administration and guests are governed by current Russian legislation.
